Welcome to the Brookwood Shop Spot!
This blog will share photos, stories and news about all of the wonderful work done by our adults with disabilities in the work program at Brookwood, in Brookshire, Texas. We currently have about 110 resident citizens and 90 day citizens here working in 8 different workshops or programs Monday through Friday, year 'round. The revenue generated by the products our citizens make and grow provides 40% of our annual operating budget!
We are so blessed to have a Physical Therapy program and room at Brookwood, with a wonderful medical team and Physical Therapist Cindy supporting our PT Assistant, Rachel. Here are the latest photos...
